Have questions? Here we've already answered the most common ones! Check if your answer is here. If not — always happy to help.
Get In TouchWhat is facilitation and why does a team need it?
Facilitation is a structured team interaction process that helps make decisions faster, generate ideas, resolve conflicts and achieve goals. This is especially valuable when a team is stuck or moving in different directions.
What's the difference between facilitation and moderation or coaching?
A facilitator doesn't teach or give advice. Their role is to create a space and structure where the team finds the best solutions themselves. Unlike a moderator, a facilitator works deeper: with the team's thinking logic, their dynamics, context, and unspoken barriers.
My advantage as a facilitator is deep experience from within business. For over 17 years I've worked with teams as HRD and strategic partner, so I understand both company goals and the living processes within teams. This allows me to subtly balance facilitator neutrality with precise understanding of business reality.
When is it appropriate to conduct a facilitation session?
When:
– the team is growing or transforming
– a new project or direction has appeared
– you need to define a shared strategy
– there are conflicts that prevent progress
– there's a decline in motivation or "stagnation"
What happens during a strategic session?
The team goes through a series of structured exercises and dialogues that help:
– outline point A and point B
– align vision, goals, roles
– identify barriers and resources
– make shared decisions
– develop a clear action plan
How to prepare for a session?
I conduct a short briefing with the client (this can be a leader, HR, owner). We define the goal, context, key participants. Then I prepare an individual session design and all materials.
How long does a facilitation session last?
It depends on the format and meeting goals:
– Team working session — 3–6 hours
(for example: goal setting, project decisions, creative session)
– Full strategic session — 2 days
(suitable for deep immersion: strategy, values, transformation)
I always help select the format for your task and team schedule.
What result will the team get?
– Aligned vision and goals
– Shared decisions made
– Identified conflicts and growth points
– Concrete action plan
– Energy and engagement
Can a facilitation session be conducted online?
Yes, I conduct both offline and online sessions (via Zoom + Mural). The format is selected for the task. Online can be no less effective if everything is properly prepared.
What teams is facilitation suitable for?
– Business teams (leaders, departments)
– Growing startups
– Creative and product teams
– NGOs and project groups
– HR teams (values, culture)
How much does it cost?
The cost depends on duration, number of participants and the task. I always conduct a free initial consultation — to select the best format for you.
If you feel that now is the right time for a conversation — write to me.
I'll be happy to discuss your request, share ideas and help you navigate collaboration formats.
